When projects start, it’s so easy to get new ideas that you want to do. It’s important to figure out the most important – must have features first and focus on them. this is called the Minimum Viable Product. The MVP will be far from perfect, but each time you go back to it and work on it a little bit more, it gets better, and better.
This is common practice in writing. Start with a rough draft, edit, edit, peer review, edit again, final draft. Except we’re not publishing books, we’re living in a hypertext world, we can revisit every single sentence on any of our projects and improve our messages.
